I had a hard time finding a 225/70R19.5 tire on a Saturday around 5 PM. I called Firestone, Discount Tire, Walmart, and several other places, but no one had it in stock or was still open. Chicago Tire was the only place that had exactly what I needed, both used and new, at very reasonable prices. The manager and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Chicago Tire if you’re looking for great prices, excellent customer service, and hard-to-find commercial tires. Thank you!

Flat tire on the toy hauler heading to upstate NY on Sunday at 11. Chicago Tire was the only shop that had tires to fit, not only that, the tires were 14 ply - way better than 8 ply that comes on the toy hauler. Back on the road at 2 pm with 4 new tires. And the price, well....Mustafa beat the big box stores. I highly recommend them. Bob Smith - Tech Zone
